For over 30 years, Family Care Associates has prioritized comprehensive healthcare for families. Our diverse team of healthcare providers includes physicians, nurse practitioners, psychologists, and licensed counselors—all working together to address the unique physical and mental health needs of our patients. About Us
Established in 1990, Family Care Associates is an independent physician’s office in Effingham, IL. We provide a full range of quality medical care to the patients and families we serve.
We are a certified rural health clinic and are NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home. Our most recent accomplishment was integrating behavioral health into our practice. Now employing six behavioral health providers including, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors, Certified Play Therapist, and a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
