At Family Care Associates, we always strive to provide a seamless and secure experience for our patients. Recently, some users may have received a message stating that our new Mobile Check-in link was unsafe.

We want to reassure you that this was an error on Google’s end that inadvertently flagged the mobile pre-visit links as unsafe. We worked closely with our Phreesia provider and Google, and the issue has now been resolved. Patients should no longer see any security warnings when accessing their mobile check-in!
