Family Care Associates is seeking a full-time Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. The NP will provide outpatient psychiatric evaluations and medication management services to Family Care Associates patients. The PMHNP will work in coordination with Family Cares internal Behavioral Health Department and will have a Collaborative Practice Agreement with our physicians. This is a structured position that has ample physician support. This is a fast paced and challenging environment with average patient visits of 15 to 20 patients per day. Onsite services include lab, x-ray, ultrasound Onsite specialties include Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics and Behavioral Health. 4 Physicians, 9 Nurse Practitioners, 4 LCPC’s and 1 LCSW Practitioners work 32-36 patient contact hours per week.
